The SPORTBS model is a classic model that includes high-quality finishes and details. This track complies with all the standards detailed by the F.I.P. for a comfortable and safe game.
The main features of this model are:
- Metallic structure:
Formed by self-supporting frames of 80x40x2mm. Optional: PRO version (3mm).
- Enclosure type:
Electro-welded mesh with double rigidity of 50x50x4mm on a 80×40 mm tube frame.
- Termination:
Lacquered in the oven in a color to be chosen by the customer.
- Anti-injury system.
- Lighting system:
Choose between straight, V-shaped and curved light poles

Types of grass for your padel court
Fibrillated
Fibrillated grass is made up of straight fibers extruded in a flat shape. Small cuts are made to the flat fibers to create a finer set of fibers. Fibrillated turf, over time, can become compacted in the areas of greatest wear. Good maintenance with silica sand will solve this problem.
Monofilament
This turf is more resistant and has a greater vertical memory, which makes it return to its original shape after impacts. It is a more durable turf than fibrillated turf, which with proper maintenance can give us, for a long period of time, high performance in the game.
Textured/WPT
Regular play all over the court. It stands out for the textured effect of its filaments, which provide a greater capacity for rotational and longitudinal traction (grip), increasing grip and therefore improving the safety and performance of the movements.

We are a padel courts factory. We have different types of structures, colors and designs. We adapt to the requirements of each client, we can innovate, add accessories and personalize the different models of padel courts that we install.
Glass
10mm thick tempered glass sheets with polished edges and countersunk holes.
- A 6mm neoprene gasket is embedded between the metal structure and the glass for perfect fastening.
- Tempered glass, as opposed to annealed glass, is more resistant to changes in temperature and to the impacts produced during play.
- At the customer’s request, the logo of your sports club, institutional image, etc. can be printed on the glass.
- If a glass is fractured, the resulting pieces are not sharp – non-hazardous.
- Glass with EEC certificate. Complies with UNE-EN ISO 12543-2:2011 standards.
Lighting
Includes a set of 4 SAMSUNG 200W LED technology spotlights, allowing 70% energy savings.
- Spotlights of 41.5x33x4.5cm at a height of 6 meters.
- They are special spotlights for sports courts with anti-glare technology. The light tone is white/cool.
- They are guaranteed for 5 years by the manufacturer as long as the original box of the product is kept.
- The company does not include the connection and the electrical panel.
We also offer the possibility of installing straight poles; with an inclination of 45º for a lower incidence in the game and customized where the client can indicate the desired final shape.
